Believe it or not, there are still some late bloomers who aren’t sold on the benefits of cloud computing. By holding out, these businesses face the real possibility of missing out on the ability to create apps and test them in real time.
The Evans Data Cloud Development Survey recently concluded that using the cloud to develop apps can reduce the development timeframe by upwards of 11.6%. This time reduction is due to the cloud’s ability to streamline the development process and user collaboration.
One of the reasons there are still cloud computing hold-outs is the inconstancy in the results.
Those on the fence about the cloud should consider the benefits that come along with the cloud. These benefits include:
- Speedy app production
- Environments with testing built-in
- Across the board collaboration
Like it or not, cloud computing is shaping our world and businesses are better off embracing the change rather than ignore the benefits that come along with it.
